It’s the one date of the year that synth freaks and electronic music fans mark on their calendars: Superbooth, one of the world’s largest events for making music with electronic instruments. While the focus is on synthesizers, pianists who like to look beyond the piano lid can also fully immerse themselves and discover a world full of inspiration.
Spread across the spacious outdoor area of the FEZ, the Superbooth will feature several stages with performances by international artists from all kinds of genres. Last year’s line-up included Oscar-winner Hildur Guðnadóttir, club veteran Stimming, live techno performer and Lady Gaga collaborator Lady Starlight and modular synthesizer expert TamiX, who traveled all the way from China.
Also well worth seeing and hearing are the numerous talk concerts by a wide variety of manufacturers and artists. The video below shows excerpts from the concert by Berlin keyboardist Tim Sund with the Nonlinear Labs C15.
If you want to learn more about today’s electronic equipment and stay up to date, Superbooth is the place to be. Live presentations from brands and developers will take place on two stages around the clock. Moreover, you can attend workshops or browse the instrument exhibition and talk to exhibitors.
Where: FEZ Berlin-Wuhlheide

When: May 08 to 10, 2024, daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
